What we collect
When you submit an enquiry through this website or call the number on it, we collect what you choose to give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb and a description of the work. Calls may be logged or recorded for routing and follow-up.
A measure may involve photographs of the room and, where relevant, documentation you choose to share such as a hazardous materials report or strata correspondence.
We do not request payment details, identity documents or financial information through this website, and you should not send them.
Why
To arrange a measure, prepare a quote, and follow up your enquiry. Nothing else.
Who it goes to
This is a referral website. Your enquiry and the details you provide are passed to the licensed builder we work in partnership with, so they can contact you, attend the measure and quote the work. From that point they hold what you share with them directly, under their own practices.
Where a job involves asbestos, relevant information may also be shared with a separately licensed asbestos removalist and, where the law requires it, with regulatory bodies.
Service providers
We use third-party providers to run this website, route calls and manage enquiries — a customer relationship management platform and a telephony service. They process information on our behalf.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while needed to follow up and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Records relating to work involving hazardous materials may need to be kept longer where the law requires.

- Survey where the age warrants it, before the price is finalised rather than after.
- Written quote — fittings named, tile allowance stated, variation method set out.
- Build — 15 to 20 working days, with the waterproofing cure time shown.
